Following on from our annual Retail Conference, this Study Day will begin where last year's took off -- a whirlwind tour of as many of London's new museum and heritage retail outlets that we can manage in 8 hours!

Last year, we visited 7 in that space of time, and this year we hope to equal, if not exceed that number! Our first stop will be at the Victoria & Albert Museum, where Debra Shepherd will give us a behind-the-scenes view of the new Jewelry shop, inaugurated to commemorate the new Jewelry galleries at the museum.
